Digital overhead readout

What is your question?

About a week ago the overhead display on my truck went out I checked the fuses and they are fine any sugestions or how to remove it or test it. Also replaced the power booster and still have the same problem with shaking power steering and soft brakes. I have purchased a new power steering pump but don't have a tool to pull the pulley off. How hard is it to pull this or should I go buy a tool. Thanks
