#2 coil pack keeps burning out

I have a 2001 Ford F250 Super duty 5.4L I've replaced the #2 coil pack twice and what it does it burns the 30amp fuse that goes to the fuel pump and shuts the truck down and also blows the coil out with it. My repair shop replaced the computer in the truck and put a new coil pack and fuse in and gave it back to me for a second time. About 30mins of driving around boom blows the fuse and coil out again any suggestions of whats wrong with the truck??
