Truck will not start. Has been setting a couple years
What is your question?
The truck has not moved for couple years. After charging the battery it still would not run. Checked the fuel filter, but that was not the problem. Could it be the fuel pump?
Hello, is the engine cranking over at all, or does nothing happen when you turn the key?
If the engine cranks but does not start -- I doubt the fuel pump has failed; more likely, fuel quality could be in question. A fuel pressure test should be performed to see what kind of delivery you are getting. Have you checked the fuel pump cut off switch also?
