truck pulls to right after car accident

What is your question?

I was involved in a car accident. Other car hit my 2007 Ford Sport Trac in my left rear quarter panel. Damaged left rear wheel and left rear quarter panel and rack on back. Immediately after accident I noticed truck pulling to the right. Geico will not repair it because they say it is not related to accident even tho [of course they don't believe me] it wasn't pulling before and pulls [badly] now and they don't know what it is. They say it is not out of alignment. Thanks for any help.
