Valves rattling real bad!

What is your question?

Sounds like there's a bunch of loose nuts under the hood when I crank up my 2005 Ford explorer it sounds terrible sounds rattling valves are hitting it sounds terrible when I crank it up afraid to drive it.

What makes this problem better or worse?
