See your local Ford dealership or obtain a workshop manual. You could try a site like www.alldatadiy.com perhaps. No one here can get you that information.
And by the way - what are you trying to accomplish? Even Ford dealership transmission technicians really never worked on these internally in a repair shop envrionment, other than valve body and shift solenoid repairs.
thanks i kinda figured that but to answer your question my Dad has a 2005 sport Trac he bought and the transmission was obviously ran hard when low on fluid it is nasty..anyway it came with a used transmission also.So im in the process of of changing them out but there is a discrepancy between them. The one i took out has an extra plug-in at the tail end on top where the junkyard one that came with it doesn't have so im trying to figure out what that is and why one doesn't have it. i have some ideas but not 100%.Also will likely just rebuild the factory one that came in the truck .Dad loves the truck and cant afford to just buy a new one or even risk $1200 for one that has 100k already wornout. So im doing some research on a complete rebuild a drawing would just make life easier.thanks for your response sir
To be honest, these transmissions do not seem to be interchangeable. It’s not something you can modify or change or resolve. There are differences between units that are incompatible.
