I have no crank checked fuses ,relays .starter ,park neutral switch ,and where the mileage display reads miles it reads check gauges and I can hook scanning tool up and it does'nt link up to pcm

Hello, this isn't an anti-theft issue. This is a concern with the data communication or electrical power between the PCM (engine's processor) and the IC (instrument cluster) module. If the diagnostic tool does not connect to the processor, first check the fuse for the "DLC" data link connector. It may have been blown. Other than that, referencing a shop manual and performing needed testing is in order. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
