What is the proper torque of the front axle nut when replacing the wheel hub assembly on a 2004 Ford Sport Trac?

Thanks, So far I have heard anywhere from 162 ft lbs up to 200 ft lbs. This worries me because over-torque is said to cause premature bearing failure. Just want it to be right.
