What is your question?
1) Battery was checked out and found to be within acceptable parameters. 2) When attempting to start engine, starter will engage and turn engine about ½ revolution without starting. Afterward all electrical systems are out. No indicator lamps in the dash, no interior dome light, no power locks, radio, or power windows. 3) There is no response from the starter solenoid trying to start the engine a second time. 4) After shorting the battery terminals with the vehicle cables attached to the battery with jumper cables attached like they would be to jump start the vehicle, the electrical system becomes active. All electrical systems are operational. 5) Attempting to start the vehicle with the key at this point may get another ½ turn of the crank shaft or just the sound of the starter motor engaging the starter motor gear with the fly wheel. All goes dead again as described above. No electrical system is active and no response from the starter until the battery is a gain short circuited
