Truck wouldn't start. Sounded like it was not getting gas. 5 th try it started

2 days later, did the same thing. Wouldn't start, tried several times. waited a few minutes and tried again, it started. Sounds like it is not getting any gas to it. Full tank of gas.

To check the fuel filter, you would just have to replace it, right? Can't really chichi it? How much would it cost to replace fuel filter. Also, any way to check the fuel pump? Are you open on the weekend?
