The truck "ticks" when cold

What is your question?

When the temperature is cold, for the first mile or so, there is a ticking coming from underneath. It almost sounds like an electrical relay of some sort. After the first mile or two, it's gone and after the truck warms up its gone. If the temp is above freezing, it doesn't do it.
