What is your question?
I know how to adjust it I don't understand how the tool is supposed to fit in the space provided, my guess is that they make a special parking brake adjustment tool for the passenger side of a Ford E not F 350 super duty dual rear wheel box van. I am not finding any information as to such and I find it hard to believe their would be an adjustment hole if you can't use it

Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your van's parking brake adjustment. Accessing the parking brake adjuster on your E-350 Super Duty can be tricky, especially on the passenger side. Typically, there's an adjustment hole, but sometimes the clearance is tight, making it difficult to use a standard tool. In this case, a special tool called a "brake spoon" or a flexible brake adjuster tool is designed to fit into these tight spaces. You can also try using a flathead screwdriver to rotate the star wheel adjuster if you don't have the specialized tool on hand. Be patient with it; the right angle and tool can make all the difference.
