What is your question?
Today i replaced my Shift interlock solenoid, since last year ive had to manually pull the tab down to get it out of park but today finally cought up on my to do list. Replaced and still stuck in park. I visually checked the 10A fuse on spot 5. All good. Did not perform test with multimeter. Tested brake lights. Active. And then i double checked the 2 connectors were seated properly in and clicked. Still no change. I was trying to test the solenoid i pulled out but all the videos online were using a solenoid with 1 pin. 1 connector has 3 pins and the other has 2. I tried using Ohms to test each pin and nothing happened. Still unsure if i did it correctly. Would of applied the battery test on the used solenoid but i dont have alligator clips. What is my next move?

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. A simple and maybe unhelpful question: did you check not only the brake light switch, but the wiring connector at the switch? Sometimes the connector has damage and may restrict the circuit to various related components. The switch illuminates the brake lights, but it also releases the shift lever interlock. If there is a wiring issue, I can hypothesize (but can't be sure) that there could be an interrupt in the shift interlock circuit. Have you checked at the shift interlock wiring connector to ensure power is there when depressing the brake pedal? At this point, with other repairs attempted it is even difficult to go back in time to the testing portion; hopefully no further variables have been introduced by attempted repairs. I'd definitely suggest assistance from a local shop near you. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
