What is your question?
My 2007 e350 xlt has a power issue. The battery light came on and power drained from the battery slowly but very fast when i used any accessories (lights heater) the tow truck driver boosted it and took the ground of of the battery while running. It shut down immediately. I replaced the alternator and the light was off for a while. Not sure if the guy helping me pulled the ground or not. He says no but i think he did. Anyhow the light came on and it drains the same way. I am getting another alternator today but could use some tips. Also i looked for other problems and found a connection rubbing against the frame right behind the drivers side head light. There is an orange wire coming from a wiring harness secured behind the light with a fuse holder (fuse is good) then there was a connector taped with a dual connector soldered to a blue wire that led to a tyco relay mounted beside the light. The connection had been rubbing, was rusted and seamed melted so i cut it out and reconnected the orange and blue without the plastic connector. When i did this the head light came on, couldn't be tuned off and when we turned the van off and removed the key the truck kept running. I disconnected these wires and there seems to be no affect. Is there a special connector for this connection?
