What is your question?
after sitting in storage for a month I picked up my 1995 motor home (E-350 chassis)and immediately noticed a difference in the braking. It normally requires barely a touch on the brakes to stop it HARD but now, I press on the brakes and the pedal gradually goes down and the RV coasts to a stop. Even after stopping I can continue to press the pedal all the way to the floor. And when I let up on the pedal, it slowly comes back up instead of "popping" up like it used to. My armchair mechanics insist it is the master cylinder but the shop I have taken it to for repairs isn't convinced - they think it could be the brake assist/vacuum module. Another shop says it sounds like the wheel calipres aren't releasing. I don't know what to do now. What do the symptoms sound like to you?

if your van E-350 has ABS, there is hydraulic valve module that sits on the frame rail, kind of under the drivers seat area or a little to the rear that feels like a bad master cylinder. I have replaced a few of those. it is not cheap, i.e $300+ for the part.
