Hello, to start with, if you haven't been able to start the vehicle for months, I'm not sure what anybody in this forum can do to help you. You simply need to have the vehicle inspected first hand. That said, I don't know what correlation testing the fuel pump at the fuel relay could possibly have with being able to crank the engine. The fuel pump and fuel pump relay merely allow the pump to operate and provide fuel pressure - it doesn't have anything to do with the starting system. I would guess that maybe you have some components mixed up. What workshop manual are you referencing? What wiring diagram? What test procedures are you following? The biggest and best thing to do is to have valid testing procedures based off of written testing guidelines. Everything else is just guessing and not going to get you the response and answers you need. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
