What is your question?

I was driving and lost power as if I let off the gas for a second them it drive normal, this happened a few times before I got home and it died costing in. Now it won't fire. I replaced the fuel filter and pump but still won't start even with starter fluid.

Starting fluid is extremely dangerous, not recommended. Have it checked but before replacing the pump you should've checked pressures. Injector relays and all are worth the check out time over the expensive stuff. Ford uses engines that are tough, but known for several things. Spend your next 100-200 getting it checked out so you're not wasting money.
