Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! This classic is just begging to be back on the road! This has all of the classic signs of a possible issue with the fuel delivery system. Despite replacing the fuel filter and pumps, there could still be a problem with fuel pressure or injector function. Check the fuel pressure with a gauge to ensure it's within the manufacturer's specifications. Also, inspect the fuel injectors for clogs or leaks. Additionally, check out the throttle position sensor and idle air control valve for proper function. If the issue persists, consulting a mechanic for a comprehensive diagnosis may be necessary.
