1991 E350 351 winsor in a motor home chassy need to drop oil pan down to change rod bearing ...will pan come downor do i have to rasie engine or take exhaust down too?

I am sorry I don't know, we don't work on motorhomes. However take a look under the engine to see if you have enough room, if you do then you are OK.
Yes, the engine must be raised about 4 inches in the chassis in order to remove the oil pan. However, the chances of your successfully replacing a rod bearing in chassis without needing to do anything with the crankshaft journals...not to mention whatever other damage you may find... is pretty risky. It's a huge job to undertake in chassis, to be sure. Good luck!
thanks for your help maybe its best to remove the engine..was tryin to avoid that I think to do that I will have to remove front end grill and all..true?.thank again~!
Yes, all true; comes through the front. Sometimes that's the better idea; if you're trying to do the rod bearing anyway, having out out and sitting in front of you would be a huge benefit rather than trying to do all that work on your back. I've done it before like that myself, and although successful - it was almost 20 years ago and I remember it like yesterday...no fun!
