Hello, although I certainly cannot hear the noise from where I sit, many times noises heard on cold engine start are coming from the accessory drive area where the belt rides. One or more of the pulleys could have a concern, or the belt itself could be dry and worn out, there could be an alignment issue with the pulleys or there could be a concern with one of the components that are driven by the belt. Hands and ears on testing while the problem is occurring by a professional technician is needed.
