How much to replace entire exhaust including manifold?

If the manifolds are not cracked, I would not replace them, just be sure to get new bolts of the correct type, (not hardware store junk). Aftermarket manufactured manifolds are usually between $100-200, check rockauto.com or ebay for best prices. OEM manifolds from the dealer are VERY expensive.
