What is your question?
The battery was dead, but when I jump started it, it started right up. I turned it off and now it won't start. It turns like it's trying to start but it won't. I sprayed starter fluid in air filter and it will start, but as soon as the starter fluid runs out it dies. I checked the inertia switch and there are no error codes. I don't know what else to try.

Ok, great. Since the fuel pump is running, take a reading of the fuel pressure (see if you can borrow a loaner kit from an auto parts store). Two readings are needed: before the fuel filter, and after the fuel filter. It may be clogged, or the fuel pump may be spinning but not pumping. You'll know once the results are in.
Thanks for the reply. I replaced the fuel filter, but I tried to crank it and no fuel was coming out of the pipe (when the fuel filter was off). I thought it would shoot out. Does this mean what I fear it does, that I need to replace the fuel pump?
