My van will sometimes idle rough when I first start the van. Sometimes not
What is your question?
Doesn't happen all the time I haven't noticed a pattern I have replaced the fuel filter but I just purchased the van not too long ago has 161,000 miles on it good shape AC still works not sure what the problem is

You did not indicate the engine the van is equipped with -- share that. There is an engine performance problem which could mean a fuel, ignition or air intake issue -- suspect a vacuum leak or air intake issue based on your concern, but testing is needed to narrow down to the cause.
