if it feels like a miss, recheck plug wires at coil. ford has oddball wire setup on coil. passenger side is 1 2 3, driver side is 4 6 5.

Hey, thanks for the help.. Advance auto start box said cam sensor i replaced that. Check eng light came back on said same thing.
