What is your question?
I drive an 05 Crown Vic p71. Had coded p2106 p135 and p0401 but was running fine. No slipping no hesitation. Then I pulling into my driveway kind of fast and hit a bump and the car wouldn't pull up the hill. Reverse works great. I can spin tires in reverse. But when I put it in drive it barely pulls at all. If I give it about half to 2 thirds throttle it will go about 8 to 10 mph on a flat. But any significant slope it wont go. What's my issue?
What makes this problem better or worse?
If I floor it will go a little quicker but not much

Without hands on testing, it's impossible to know for sure, but what you are describing seems like a major internal mechanical transmission failure. Check your fluid dipstick -- is it full of fluid and clean? Is it brown or burnt smelling? My guess is something catastrophic mechanically has occurred in the forward clutch / gear sets internally. Your trouble codes as listed do not appear to be related specifically to transmission concerns, but also will need to be addressed once the transmission concern is resolved.
