What is your question?
My brake lights don't work. When lights are on they are on, but just the running lights, the middle brake always functions properly though. I have replaced the brake switch on the pedal and then I replaced the MFS switch. All fuses are good. Nothing worked. Still not getting power to brake lights, bulbs good. So, could it be a ground problem somewhere?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing
How long has your 2004 Ford Crown Victoria had this problem?
Before I got the car

Your statement: "Still not getting power to brake lights, bulbs good" - what testing has been done to verify that? My first guess is: wrong bulbs installed. Obtain the proper bulbs and recheck. Second guess - the only way you would know if the power is getting to the brake light circuit is to depress the brake pedal while testing -- have you done this? If so, sure -- you could have some kind of wiring issue. But it would be highly unusual. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
