I have new battery, occasionally car wont start, nothing when turning key but sometimes i can turn inside lights on or hood light is on, sometimes nothing, but there is a noise in dash that sounds like a blinker or emergency flashers!! First time i got a jump..Last time it didn't start after a few tries i rolled my window down and it started. It has done this twice, first time i had went to start in morning and second time i had been driving and turning car off and on over 3 hr period then the last time i stopped it wouldn't start until i rolled window down...what could this be?
