What is your question?
My engine stumbles at low cruising speeds between 30-50mph, it feels like a misfire but there are no codes. There is also a stumble at about 30mph under hard acceleration. Spark plugs have been replaced, and all 8 COP's. Also have replaced the TPS, the IAC valve, the DPFE sensor, removed and cleaned the Throttle Body and replaced all the gaskets. Replaced Fuel Filter. Checked all the vacuum connections for dry rot and tightness. Runs better if I disconnect the vacuum to the EGR valve, but will knock on moderate acceleration if disconnected. I have not replaced the EGR Valve (I don't think I can get the exhaust tube loose myself!). I have also heard it could be the Fuel Pressure Regulator, the fuel tank pickup filter, or the fuel pump itself. I haven't gotten to those parts yet. Even with all the replaced items, and yes, a reset of the ECU, the problem remains. I am running out of answers, have been just living with it after all the parts replacements, accepting it as normal for the 'Vic.

EGR is off under hard acceleration normally, if it's sticking it could cause the issue you describe. It's not a good idea to install lots of parts without knowing what the problem is, it only clouds the issue. IAC has nothing to do with how the engine runs off idle. Have you checked compression? Also look for a coolant leak into #4 from the rear of the intake manifold.
I did the plugs because I was replacing the COP's, so I wanted to prevent having to remove them a second time. One of the COP's had gotten wet (accidentally, I was washing the engine) and was misfiring, caused a blinking CEL and wouldn't stop misfiring. The IAC was replaced because of the notorious "howl" that progressed to a stuck IAC.. Replaced the DPFE because that was suggested by a mechanic as where the issue might be occurring - it did have a small pinhole burned through it. Replaced the TPS just out of good measure, because I had taken off the throttle body and cleaned it, carb cleaner got into it and figured that might make it fail, and it was cheap. Yeah I agree it's not wise to install a lot of parts, but car has a lot of electrical dry rot. The EGR could be sticking, I really need to have it replaced just because of age. No, there's not been a compression test - I'll be doing that when I have free time and the weather is warmer. It doesn't burn any oil though, so not too worried about compression right now. The coolant leak suggestion - #4 was dry when I put the plugs in, and it's not losing any antifreeze - but I'll look again just in case..
