Replacement of Rocker Arm

I already did that before posting the question here. The rocker arm replaement cost is not one of the choicesoffered and when I tried to type it in it kept going back to the other choices.

I apologize -- perhaps you could clarify the parts you are seeking an estimate for. "front in rocker arm and ball joint" ??? Ball joint -- left or right or both; upper or lower or both? Do you mean rocker arm? Rocker arm cover? Control arm? Thanks!
