Temp. Gauge goes from normal to hot back to normal beeps then is ok for a while and does it again.electronic gauge.i check the hose and the engine is hot but not over heating hot . Drive a while and it'll do it again.gauge shoot up to hot then back down n flash, check and normal beeps. But it's become more frequent it only jumps to hot n a flash then normal again. Changed thermostat and put new hoses top& bottom could this be a short or a indication of something worse. Every time it does it it goes back to normal.ive not smelled it over heating. Runs fine just beeps then jumps up then back down.
