oil cooler line

i have a leaking oil cooler line and want to replace it. is the oil coolec line presurized

I am assuming that you have a Police Interceptor, as civilian P71s do not have oil coolers. The hoses are the most likely culprit for leaks, and they are not pressurized with the engine off, but you will lose some oil changing them.
