The defrost won't work on my 95 Crown Victoria

Hello, Please help my memory here, but there are two different buttons for front and rear defrost, correct? Both located on the air conditioner control unit in the cabin? The rear window defroster is likely a bad fuse, but the front not working as well should not be related unless the two operate from the same button (not likely). The other suspicion I have is that you may have a bad heater core and a bad fuse for your rear defroster, but I will know more about that after this question: Does the defroster blow any air onto the windshield? Does it make a greasy film on the inside of the windshield?
