What is your question?
I HAVE A 95 CROWN VICTORIA AND SOMETIMES THE CAR STARTS MAKING SOME TYPE OF LOUND HUMMING NOISE WHILE DRIVING OR WHILE IN PARK, OR SITTING AT A RED LIGHT ETC. SOMETIMES IT DOES IT AND SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T. WHAT COULD THIS BE?

Could it possibly be an exhaust noise (like a loose heat shield resonating)? Is the noise metallic? Do you feel the noise as well as hear it? Or, do you have air suspension in the rear of your car? If so, the noise you could be hearing is the compressor turning on and off, possibly more loud than usual, possibly exhibiting the beginnings of an issue.
YOU MAY BE RIGHT ABOUT THE EXHAUST NOISE I WILL CHECK INTO THAT SOON AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT A REPAIR SHOP SAY.
