I just replaced the fuel pump i checked fuel relator has plenty fuel want crank

Hello, You say: "Won't crank" and then say "does turn over" -- which is it? If the engine will not crank when turning the key -- this can never be fuel related, as it doesn't take fuel pressure to crank the engine. You likely have: 1) faulty battery, low in charge 2) cabling issue 3) starter issue 4) starter relay issue If the engine cranks but doesn't start: 1) check the inertia switch in the trunk to see if it is tripped 2) check the PCM relay in the under-hood fuse/relay box 3) check for ignition spark, as you could have a loss of spark from a TFI module or other electronic component. As always, a proper diagnostic test will save you from all this needless guesswork. For example, maybe you never needed to replace that fuel pump!!! Good luck.
