Front Passenger Side Turn Signal won't flash

Thanks, I found some cut wires behind my wheel. Now signal wont flash when headlights are turned on but works fine when they are off. help please.

When you say you found cut wires behind your wheel, do you mean behind the tire and wheel (which side?), or the steering wheel?

it was behind the tire and wheel on the passenger.

You must have some kind of short or damage to the wiring in the harness still. Start by checking for power and ground and continuity in the wiring from connector to connector.
