Where is the fuse link located on this car

It isn't the fuse , it is nearly always alternator or connections. Not to be overly simple but be sure both ends of both battery cables have good solid connection. If a reman part, it has happened that the new part can be bad, test that. I'm not sure of the actual symptom here, wouldn't crank or cranked slow etc. Just be sure of the basics first, connections, battery load and voltage, alternator and belt , switch and starter.
