Why does Back up Camera AND Keyless Entry System malfunction?

Camera: snowy/guidelines missing/"system not available''/rarely working.
Keyless entry: Driver side only at present. Works sometime/ sometimes not, therefore, need to use key fob.

Hello this sounds like two separate concerns. I'm sorry to tell you.
The back up camera is operated through software that goes through the entertainment system. The camera and software could be compromised.
The keyless entry system is difficult to figure here - I'm not sure what is happening. Are you speaking the system with the key in your pocket as you touch the door handle?
Either RF interference can happen by having your fob near a phone or similar device, or you could even have a low battery.
Concerns require some hands-on testing and experiencing the concern to figure out what is going on.
