Should I repair or replace the ECM?

i just used his service and i could only say that he is crook.just send a dodge neon ecm for a repair(#2 nad #3 coil driver is shorted to ground causing a coil to blow up at #2 and #3 coil)send in dec 11 2014 and got it back dec 26 2014.there was a note saying nothing is wrong with the computer.so i went back into a car too see whether i have made a mistake at first time.so i have checked timing mark for correctness and it was dead on.next i have checked cam sensor and crank sensor with the scope for its pattern,found its in sync and pattern showed no problem.i could only assume that they took the computer out of the box and put into a new box and send it back to me(none of the screw have been touched) i went back and try to check their reputation and found redneck garage had a similar experience.

Klein Bottle Computer is legit.

Whatever you do: DO NOT use Klein Bottle Computer. Listen to this guy's phone message. This archaic message will tell you to stay away; he DOES NOT communicate. It takes him several days to respond to ANY email messages. Even then its only a few words; no explanations. I sent my 2002 ECM to him. No responses to any of my emails asking to upgrade my shipping back to me. NO RESPONSE. Several days later I receive a message stating" The ECM is un repairable". I also received a message stating refund issued. NEVER HAPPENED! I still have not received my ECM back. NO refund; NO further communication. This guy is a dinosaur; SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! This mistake cost me $225 plus $19 in shipping. There are numerous other repair companies out there- use one that WILL communicate. Total $246 loss; DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!
