What is your question?
I’m looking for what the fuel pressure is when the vehicle is running. Coming from the high pressure fuel pump to the fuel rails. My van got water in the system and then died. I’ve switched out the high pressure fuel pump. Removed the tank drained all fuel and water. Drained the separation canister. It still will not start. If you spray it very lightly with Either it will fire up. That is the only way it will start. I’m lost

The high pressure fuel pump puts out pressure as high as over 23,000 pounds (PSI). This, of course, is you're speaking of the Diesel engine. The gasoline engine for this vehicle, a 3.6L V6, does not have a high pressure fuel pump. Sounds like testing is required to find out what is going on.
