cost of replacing a particular filter vs cleaning one ?

The cost of the filter is a $3900!! plus 2 hours of labor. I am not sure if you can clean them,it is not listed in the manual, I would call Dodge to see if ti is a cleanable filter.

200.00 have it man regen 2500.00 for new one
