Can I check the transmission fluid on this truck?

Hello, These vehicles have a dipstick tube with no dipstick inside. In order to check the fluid level you would need to get a dipstick (which is considered a special tool) that has 10 mm graduations on it and using a scan tool you would check the transmission temperature and then refer to the specifications graph which would tell you how high the fluid should be in millimeters based on your temperature. Alternatively you could buy a dipstick from a parts store that is designed to work with this vehicle and is marked with a full level mark at full operating temperature (after driving for at least 20 .min).
