What is your question?
Is it likely that the van motor parts could still be in good shape? I don't want to have to replace part after part because it is 13 years old? Owner says it's in good shape but of course, he would. Should I take it to a Dodge dealership to have it check.

Smart, smart, smart. Yes, always have a certified technician perform a pre-purchase inspection before committing to a purchase. 13 years for a service van is quite some time, especially if it has been used as a company vehicle. Any ASE certified technician should have no trouble giving you a clear picture of any issues as well as estimates for repairs. It sounds like you are already on your way to making an informed decision, just know that even if they inspection comes back with everything in tip-top shape that is not a predictor of future success. It just means things are good now.
