Emission recall-- after issues? Relay Cluster? they cant seem to fix it

Took it to dealership.. got it back and started getting codes.. air intake was throwing numbers all over... they replace 2 sensors,, now a cluster relay...back again cause the cluster went bad?? and my voltage regulator is no good now.. started with no issues at all.. and we are now waiting for three months to get it back.. they say what ever they did has nothing to do with the voltage regulator.. any clues as to whats going on?
