Cruise control not working correctly

What is your question?

With cruise set it just disengages. Does not give any messages on dash. It will do this 3 to 4 times in 10 miles. It does it in both CC and ACC. 2024 Ram 3500 Cummins automatic 13000 miles. Under warranty but dealer says nothing wrong.
