Opened truck with key Monday a.m..dead..charged news batteries…installed..when I connect them up..fuel pump runs and all dash lights come on without key in ignition..if I put key in..nothing happens..have disconnected batteries.. Hope you can point me in the right direction Mark

The only direction to point you in is to someone with diagnostic equipment including a Digital voltmeter - ohmmeter, and relevant workshop manuals and wiring diagrams for reference. You have tested these "new" batteries to see that they sustain a load and have a good state of charge? It all sounds like low voltage to me.
