Location combination flasher

What is your question?

Headlights stay on no turn signals, wipers inop, emergency flashers inop, location of combination relay? , w t/s switch unplugged and test light probe connector I do get washers squirt and wipers cycling . May be missing common ground for these circuits? Other 3pins of t/s switch connector are showing power, tried another fuse box and t/s combination switch w/o any change. Also fuel gauge inop
