Electronic throttle control light flashing/truck won't start. 5.7 Hemi

po113 high voltage code/replaced sensor, still no start. That's the only code to pop up. Fuel pump runs when key turns on. Fuel pressure to the fuel rail port. Starter turns engine over stronge, battery fully charged. Seems to be no spark, where do i start

Have you verified "no spark"? Has the P0113 code resolved? Fuel, spark, air, exhaust, proper engine timing and no anti-theft system involvement is what is needed to start your vehicle. Something in that recipe is missing, and it's impossible to know without performing hands on testing.
