A/C not cooling, compressor thinks its 45 degrees

If you mean the overhead console temperature is reading 45 degrees,then check the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor under the hood for damage,unplugged,wire broken,corrosion. It's either located on the underside of your hood or behind the grill. Google Part Number: SU3122 for a picture of the sensor.
