Windshield wipers wont return to the home position when switch is shut off.

The wiper motor park switch is in the wiper motor itself, it sends a signal on the dark green wire to the front power control module.Black light blue (goes to ground)and that wire should have continuity in the parked/off position. My guess is a problem in the motor but use a voltmeter to see what signal you have at that wire.
