Error P2509 - how do I resolve?

Assuming you have the 5.9L Diesel engine. If so, this indicates your engine control module (ECM) has experienced a loss of electrical power somewhere along the way. The easiest thing to do is verify your batteries are fully charged and able to handle a load. Ensure all connections are clean and secure. You could also have a blown fuse or wiring issue. Testing is required.
